Our home-building division, Cameron Homes, was on hand last week as Habitat for Humanity Edmonton welcomed 11 families into their new homes at Carter Place.
Located in Edmonton’s Laurel community, Carter Place is an affordable housing development that will eventually house 58 families. The development was named in honour of Jimmy and Rosalyn Carter.
Vice-President Rose Naqvi-Parasynchuk and Sales Manager Harvey Reinhardt presented keys to Bedri and Wezira, and their family of five. The family immigrated to Canada from Ethiopia over a dozen years ago, and it was always their dream to own a home where they could raise their family.
