We are delighted to announce that effective April 18, 2023, Paul Berezowsky has been promoted from Director, Construction to Vice President, Construction.

Paul has been an integral part of our team for the past twelve years, and during this time, he has demonstrated outstanding leadership skills and a strong commitment to excellence in his work. He has played a key role in the successful completion of numerous construction projects, and his expertise has been instrumental in the growth of our portfolio.

Paul is always advocating for commercial construction within the industry with his involvement with the NAIOP Advocacy Committee, UDI Commercial and Industrial Committee, and the Shallow Utility Committee.
